Chairs: full refund minus $250 shipping. One-time exchange to an equal or higher-priced chair with no $250 shipping charge. Item must be new condition, original box and packaging. White-glove delivery fee of $250 is deducted if that service was used. Keep the boxes. Optional white-glove return pack-out is $300.
If you cancel after a chair has shipped: full refund minus $250.

Saunas and cold plunges are manufacturer-dropshipped freight. Change-of-mind returns still need an RMA within 30 days, unused, original packaging. Golden Designs restocking is 20% and the buyer pays freight. Ice Barrel restocking is 30% and original shipping is not refunded. Manufacturer damage is a claim, not a restocking return — call us first.
